Patricia is an economist from the Catholic University of Leuven (Belgium). She has a Master of Arts in Economics, from the Paris School of Economics (France), and university teaching experience in International Economics and Econometrics.

She has extensive experience in project direction and management, as well as in public policy design, implementation, and evaluation on issues related to economic and social development.

She has been a panelist on the radio and other forums, as well as a recipient of the 2017 “Women Speak Out” award for promoting the role of women in public spaces and politics, in particular.

Since 2017, she has served as CEO of Filantropía Cortés Solari.
